Yes, as we all know, garlic is what we avoid eating when we are at parties, unless its garlic bread 😉 . Garlic doesn’t have the best reputation when it comes to date nights, but it has a handsome number of benefits. In this article, I will just go over a few.

Ive come across so many different variations to add garlic to my diet in recent years. There are garlic pills, garlic powder, even garlic and water drinks!

Regardless of how you intake garlic, it’s important to understand what it does for you. Garlic has been used for thousands of years in every culture. Let’s take a look at what some of the benefits are in the human body.

Wanna get that summer body? There is no secret that a lot of weight loss supplements have garlic in them or medical properties of garlic. Garlic us good for people that want to lose weight.

Did you know that garlic is known to improve your mood. Dr. Henry Emmons state that eating a raw garlic can increase the production of serotonin. Low serotonin is often found in those battling depression. When increasing levels of serotonin it if found that its enhances one’s mood.

Ive mentioned this in many of my previous articles. You must eat garlic if suspect a cold or a flu. It will aid in curbing the amount of recovery time. When you drink soup or eat that cold sandwich make sure you have some garlic in there. I promise you it will help!.

Garlic is known to lower your bad cholesterol and boosting your good cholesterol. It can also help in making your arteries more healthy and reduce stiffness. It also assists in thinking blood to assist in demising blood clots.
